 “I already have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a French speaking country. Five years after I came to America, I found a job as an Engineer Technician at the New York State Department of Transportation after passing the civil service test for ET. Although I started my graduate studies at City College, I thought it was not the best way to keep my job safe as an Engineer Technician.
