Transferability of Credits
To Penn Foster : You will receive credit for previous college course work if you meet Penn Foster College standards. If you wish to receive credit for previous course work, contact the college you attended and ask that your official transcripts be forwarded to us for evaluation. All previous college work must have been completed with a grade of "C" or better, and as much as 75% of the required credits may be transferred. We will also credit your tuition for all the courses that are acceptable.
From Penn Foster : The transferability of Penn Foster College credits is solely at the discretion of the receiving institution. To help students transfer credits, over 182 of Penn Foster College courses have been recommended for college and university credit by ACE/College Credit Recommendation Service.* The American Council on Education, the major coordinating body for all the nation's higher education institutions, seeks to provide leadership and a unifying voice on key higher education issues and to influence public policy through advocacy, research, and program initiatives.
